Supports the Talent Acquisition process for government client by developing job opportunity announcements, validating files, document control and management, and developing staffing business processes and activities.



  • Maintains job announcement case files.
  • Performs record management.
  • Works with automated staffing tool.
  • Maintains Assessment Tool Library.
  • Research reference documents.
  • Code personnel actions.
  • Audit recruitment files are accuracy and closes out accordingly,
  • Performs developmental assignments towards career progression to higher level attainment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize productivity management applications, such as ServiceNow, to track work, document processing efforts and outcomes, and communicate with customers throughout processing efforts.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements associated with assigned work area.


  • DEU certification 
  • Three years’ experience in a Federal HR staffing program environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience utilizing the OPM Qualification Standards.
  • Knowledge of and experience utilizing the Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technology-based collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx, SLACK, MS Teams, SharePoint, Box).
  • Proficiency to perform assigned work in both an automated and non-automated state.
  • Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or obtain an approved accommodation request (as required by law) within 30 days of employment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associates Degree desired
  • Experience using productivity management tools to manage and complete work.
  • Experience supporting system enhancement efforts associated with assigned work area.
