As a champion for collaboration, efficiency and execution, the Senior Data Analyst will support the development of industry-leading technologies and processes. You will focus on leading analytics efforts with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and provide scalable data solutions, business intelligence, and analytics. Key responsibilities include developing data models, metrics reporting, surfacing actionable insights from data, scoping the quantitative impact of potential opportunities, and identifying opportunities to improve data quality and product data operations on our platform. Strong communication and experience are required.

To succeed in this data analysting position, you should have strong analytical skills and combine data from different sources. Other key required skills also include familiarity with several programming languages and knowledge of learning machine methods.

Develop and manage end-to-end analytics solutions - requirements gathering, establishing key metrics, building data pipeline, designing dashboards, and analyzing  data to drive the performance of our operations

Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to identify and close gaps in logging and data infrastructure

Plan, architect, and build data infrastructure, visualization, and self-serve analytical tools in order to help scale operations

Work with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and executive teams, and assisting them with data-related technical issues

Typical Business Hours are from 8 AM – 6 PM, Mon – Fri, with occasional after-hours work

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Experience with reporting systems, data pipeline architecture and data modeling
• experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Experience using a scripting language (Python, PHP, Perl, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master's is a plus
• Data Analysting certification (e.g, Datarobot, IBM Certified Data Analyst) is a plus
• BA/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field with experience in Analytics
• The ability to obtain a public trust clearance or higher is a must.
