Overview

 Supports the Talent Acquisition process for government client by developing job opportunity announcements, conducting qualifications evaluations, and issuing selection certificates. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintains job announcement case files.
  • Performs record management.
  • Prepares vacancy announcements and evaluates candidates.
  • Works with automated staffing tool.
  • Conducts job analysis.
  • Helps with development of assessment questions.
  • May manage Assessment Tool Library.
  • Provides advisory services.
  • Performs developmental assignments towards career progression to higher level attainment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Three years specialized experience performing Federal Staffing duties utilizing OPM Qualification Standards.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • DEU Certification
  • DEU training and certification may be provided.
