Overview

GKG is seeking a Communications and Change Management Lead to join our team in the coming months.  We expect award on this position in the September timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees, manages, and coordinates communications and change management activities across all HRDT tasks and subtasks as detailed in the PWS.
  • Develops and executes effective and integrated communications and change management plans for new and existing HRIT tools and business processes developed, managed, and/or implemented through the project.
  • Supports ongoing knowledge management for task 3 activities.

Qualifications

  • Highly skilled communications and change management expert possessing a minimum of 10 years of strategic communications experience, preferably in the human capital and talent management area.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or related fields.

Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or obtain an approved accommodation request (as required by law) within 30 days of employment.
