Overview

GKG is seeking a IT Project Director to join our team in the coming months.  We expect award on this position in the September timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Provides subject matter technical and analytical expertise and oversight in operating, maintaining and developing, and implementing Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) tools, capabilities, simulations, strategies, projects, processes, structures, training support and doctrine as related to HR transformation.
  • Manages the utilization and prioritization of Cloud tools, and supports and manages further development, maintenance, and implementation of tools with agile development principles and processes.
  • Ensures that project activities follow all data security and environment protocols adhere to USAID security and FISMA moderate requirements.
  • Manages Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support, including, but not limited to, problem management and defect resolution, development, testing and deployment, system maintenance, and data management.
  • Oversees IT documentation and knowledge management, including standard operating procedures in support of transformation.
  • Adheres to agile development methodology and USAID IT processes and policies for all activities.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 10 years of demonstrated progressive experience directly related Request for Task Order Proposal (RFTOP) No. 7200AA22R00070 - Human Resources Delivery and Transformation (HRDT) Services 66 implementing Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) tools, capabilities, simulations, strategies, projects, processes, structures, training support, and doctrine as related to HR transformation.
  • Project implementation for large-scale organizations and employee development.
  • Knowledge of IT trends.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
