Overview

GKG is seeking a IT Project Manager to join our team in the coming months.  We expect award on this position in the September timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Project Director in the day-to-day administration of the task order, including managing contract deliverables, supporting financial and budget tracking, and security clearance processes.
  • Oversees contractor personnel recruitment and performance management processes.
  • Supports the Project Director in all other outlined responsibility areas.
  • Supports the Project Director in their role as the primary point of contact for the Government on the execution of services under the Task Order, and in collaborating with the CO and COR in carrying out project activities.
  • Supports the transition-in and out activities.

Qualifications

  • Highly skilled manager possessing a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated progressive experience directly related to HR transformation and human capital management and delivery services, project design and implementation for large-scale organizations and employee development;
  • Demonstrated experience with change management strategy design and plan implementation, related to human resources;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting contracts and large-scale HR transformation projects for federal or commercial clients;
  • Experience in understanding client needs, developing appropriate solutions, working with diverse teams and supporting complicated projects; and
  • Experience in strategic planning; budgeting; monitoring and evaluating project activities; collaborating with stakeholders at different levels of an organization, learning, and adapting to continuous change.
  • Bachelors degree or higher in areas such as management, project management, HR or related fields such as public administration, organizational development or other related fields.
