Under the supervision of the Executive Vice President (EVP) responsible for the oversight of the federal workforce administrative inquiry line of business, the PMO Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall delivery and performance of services against the Task Order (TO), ensuring investigators are certified to perform inquiries, managing relationships with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as well as other key organizational stakeholders and partners, managing data collection, analysis and reporting. PM provides routine status reports to EVP and COR, tracks and manages program finance, and coordinates invoice submission to and payment from government, and invoice receipt, verification, and payment to investigators. PM is accountable for the oversight of the PMO’s five core functions of investigator management, case management, document management, quality management, and data management.
