Overview

Under the supervision of the Executive Vice President (EVP) responsible for the oversight of the federal workforce administrative inquiry line of business, the PMO Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall delivery and performance of services against the Task Order (TO), ensuring investigators are certified to perform inquiries, managing relationships with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), as well as other key organizational stakeholders and partners, managing data collection, analysis and reporting. PM provides routine status reports to EVP and COR, tracks and manages program finance, and coordinates invoice submission to and payment from government, and invoice receipt, verification, and payment to investigators. PM is accountable for the oversight of the PMO’s five core functions of investigator management, case management, document management, quality management, and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Daily program and task order management
  • Program finance, to include funding and invoicing
  • Program reporting to CO and COR
  • Program quality assurance (QA) and continuous improvement
  • Investigator credentialling and profile management

Qualifications

  • Three years relevant program management experience in similar environment
  • Highly skilled in program management best practices and industry standards
  • Eligible to obtain Federal security clearance based on NOAA requirements
  • Highly organized and data savvy
  • Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, persistent and detail oriented.
  • Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or obtain an approved accommodation request (as required by law) within 30 days of employment.
