Overview

Responsible for overall execution of an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an HR program that consists of Operational HR, Strategic HR and HR analytics and Technical Development.
  • Understand multiple HR technology platforms and a large solution portfolio
  • Understand industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.
  • Responsible for overall execution of the program including staffing, delivery, QA/QC, reporting, invoicing, TO management, and customer and partner relationships.
  • Main point of contact for our customers and manages the day-to-day activities at customer sites that range in levels of technology, complexity, and time.
  • Lead the project throughout the life cycle of the Task Order
  • Develop and maintain project schedule
  • Budgetary responsibilities include reporting rates and tracking utilization and consistently operating within budget allocation
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to project timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers
  • Centralize all project documentation and disperse as required
  • Lead project status meetings including agenda creation and action documentation
  • Create presentations and deliver content to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project team resources internal and external timely and proactively

Qualifications

  • TS SCI Clearance
  • Minimum Education: Master’s degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum Years Related Experience: 10 years project management experience managing largescale Government projects; familiarity with Government policies and procedures.
  • Desired Years Related Experience: 10 years of direct project management experience on an enterprise wide contract
  • Minimum Technical Skills: Solid MS Office skills
  • Desired Technical Skills: Experience with MS Project and MS Visio
  • Minimum Industry Certifications: None
  • Desired Industry Certifications: PMP certification
