Overview

Responsible for providing analytical support services for the facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development within the Human Resources program in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business process improvements and modernization projects
  • Performs analytic support on all projects, research abstract data/information, and verifies completeness of data/information in collaboration with current business management techniques
  • Assists in integration and delivery of assigned activities or tasks
  • Conduct analysis, and deliver content to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project team resources internal and external timely and proactively
  • Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)

Qualifications

  • TS SCI Clearance
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Years Related Experience: minimum 1 year in business management
  • Desired Years Related Experience: 3 years business management experience
  • Minimum Technical Skills: Solid MS Office skills
  • Desired Technical Skills: Experience with MS Project and MS Visio
  • Minimum Industry Certifications: None
  • Desired Industry Certifications: None
