Overview

This requisition is set for all future opportunitites on a fully funded contract.  The HR Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teams.
  • Work to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Conduct analysis, and research in support of projects.
  • Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
  • Prepare presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • TS SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative role
  • MS Office skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Desired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue).
