Overview

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Legal Support Specialist I to provide entry-level legal support and administrative services to a government Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). Responsibilities include maintaining legal files and records, preparing basic legal correspondence, assisting with meeting logistics, and performing quality checks on project content.

 

This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain legal files and records.

  • Prepare basic legal correspondence.

  • Assist with meeting logistics.

  • Perform quality checks on project content.

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret

  • Basic understanding of legal office procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).

High School Diploma or GED + 1 year relevant experience.

 

Desired Qualifications

Some college coursework in legal studies or a related field is desirable.
