Overview

This position provides technical HRIT systems experience to conduct advanced business analysis, system design and testing, and data migration. The Senior Specialist supports the customer and managed service operations through reporting, special projections, and system administration. In addition, this role supports business development as a subject matter expert in designing requirement solutions and the creation and development of novel HRIT related products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Preparing Adhoc reports.
  • Managing client communications.
  • System administration.
  • Requirements design.
  • Integrated process, data enter, and API analysis.
  • Release management system testing.
  • Technical proposal solutioning and writing.
  • Special projects execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Federal HRIT experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in functional IT requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
  • Familiarity with federal HR policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in systems implementation and/or migration.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Technical IT systems experience.
  • Experience with National Finance Center (NFC), PeopleSoft HCM, electronic Official Personnel Folder. 
  • Experience in ticket management (e.g. ServiceNow, etc.).
