Overview

The Labor Relations Specialist will provide expert labor relations advisory services to management on issues involving grievances, arbitration, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. interpreting and
applying Federal labor relation laws, regulations, case law, and guidance to develop policy positions and recommendations.

 

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert labor relations advisory services to management on issues involving grievances, arbitration, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.

  • Interpreting and apply Federal labor relation laws, regulations, case law, and guidance to develop policy positions and recommendations

  • Represent management in negotiations or discussions with union officials on sensitive or high-impact labor relations matters.

  • Analyze labor relation issues and develop strategies or program improvements to support organizational goals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years minimum federal labor relation advisory services
  • Public Trust Clearance
