This position is the Personnel Action Processing (PAR) Team Lead and provides oversight of program activities for all aspects of personnel action request processing within assigned work team. The incumbent provides support for leadership of the PAR team while directing all assigned team’s workload to ensure timely and accurate processing of personnel actions. This role includes the identification, assignment, and monitoring of work across the assigned work team to ensure work is completed and that all team members meaningfully contribute. The incumbent also partners with the program leadership to inform, guide, and assist with evaluation of operational effectiveness. This position reports to the Operations Manager (PAR) and the Deputy Operations Manager (PAR).
