The HR Specialist (Quality Control – PAR) applies advanced skills and functional experience in processing a full range of Federal Personnel Actions necessary to appoint, separate, or make other personnel changes.
Responsible for quality delivery of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits program services within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in a classified environment to multiple clients and consultants.
**Remote - 5 days per week - Candidate must reside in the DMV Area with ability to attend on-site meetings in Landover, Maryland on occasion.**
